How to Make a Italian Salami Salad
If you are trying to stay away from carbs like the typical pasta salad has and you love pasta salad. This is a great anti pasta salad for you. Combining Italian flavors with salami, mozzarella cheese, and other ingredients. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- 1 pound salami
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese
- 1 large can of black olives
- 1 jar of green olives
- 1 jar of artichoke heart
- 6 or 7 peperoncinis
- 4 oz of Italian dressing

Ingredients are to the right in the things you will need section
First, When you buy the pound of salami and the pound of mozzarella you want it one big piece so that you can cut it in cubes. Buy all of the ingredients. And get ready to start.

The items you need to cut we are going to do first....
Cut your salami and the mozzarella into cubes or thick strips. Chop up the canned artichoke. And slice up the peperoncinis. Combine them all into a large mixing bowl.. -

Next you want to open the olives both black and green. Empty the juices into the sink. And then pour both the can and the jar into your mixing bowl. Its going to look like alot of olives but if you like olive like i do its going to be okay. If you don't like olive as much then just use less.

Then, you want to pour the 4 ounces of Italian dressing into your mixing bowl. And all you need to do mix up all the ingredients.

Finally put it in the refrigerator for 15 or 20 minutes. And then dig in. Its excellent!!!

Tips & Warnings
You can also add many other ingredients as well. (more of any of the ingredients we already used, tomatoes, and even some sort of pasta if you have to have it.)
