Treat Dry Callused Feet

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Footbath
  • Ped Egg or another callous remover
  • Vaseline
  • Pair of Socks
  1. Step 1

Soaking your feet in warm water should be the first step in trying to repair dry skin. The water helps to soften calluses. You can use a footbath for this step. Not only will you soften calluses but you will also relax the rest of your body in the process.

  2. Step 2

After soaking your feet, you want to remove calluses and dry skin from both feet. The best way to do this would be to purchase a callous remover such as a Ped Egg. Use the Ped Egg on your entire foot. Concentrate on areas like the heels, balls of your feet and big toes. These areas tend to have thicker calluses.

  3. Step 3

The last step in repairing dry skin on your feet is to moisturize them. One of the best moisturizers on the market is Vaseline. Rub Vaseline on both feet. Massage the Vaseline into the heels, balls of the feet and other problem areas. Cover your feet with a pair of socks. The socks retain heat and allow the Vaseline to penetrate the skin for optimal softening.
