Cell phone towers transmit calls to cell phones.

Cell towers are continually added to the landscape to support cell carriers' customers and improve cell phone reception. If your cell phone reception is less than ideal on your Verizon phone, you can update your roaming capabilities for free to pick up any new cell towers in your area. The process takes less than five minutes.

Updating is so important and most of the time it won't happen unless your phone is shut off and turned back on which I hardly ever do. Thanks for the tips! 5*
