By simply cutting all salt out of your diet, including the sodium that is in soda and prepackaged foods, you will be able to lose the pounds fast. Sugar is another culprit that can put on the breaks when it comes to rapid weight loss.

Workout each day for 1 to 2 hours. Each day you will want to vary the types of workout that you do. on 3/1/2009 One to Two hours of working out? WOW! I know that's the best way to lose weight fast, but I had to start with time that was doable for me and progress as I build up my energy and strength. These are all good tips!
