Sinuses are air-filled spaces within the bones of the face and skull. Sinusitis occurs when your sinuses becomes infected. Sinus may become infected whenever an infection is present in the nose and throat, such as occurs in the common cold, influenza, etc. In this ehow article, I will show you how to treat sinuses naturally. One of the key things are to thoroughly cleanse the body of all poisons.

  • Fruit Juice
  • Vegetables and greens
  • Cold Application
  • Menthol and Eucalyptus pack

  • Plenty of water
  1. Step 1

    Remove the causes. We must begin with the root of the problem. Your bowels should be regulated. One to three good eliminations a day. Remove the cause by cleansing the colon with a high enema for two weeks to rid the system of mucus and poison.

    Begin a fruit juice diet: Remain on the fruit juice diet for 4 or 5 days drinking all the juice you can consisting of oranges, grapefruit, lemons, pineapples and grape(unsweetened).Do not mix the juices, but you should alternate them throughout the day. Drink these juices between meals.

    Use steam inhalation: Use this method to ease breathing and clear secretions. Prepare steam inhalations by dropping eucalyptus and rosemary essential oil in boiled water and then leaning your face over it using a towel. Make sure your face is about 6 inches away from the heat.
