How to make Cole Slaw like KFC

If you one of the million people out there that love cole slaw, then you must also love the famous KFC Cole Slaw. I have found a recipe for a cole slaw that taste just the same as the famous KFC Cole Slaw. Follow the step by step directions and your finished product will taste and look like KFC Cole Slaw. Things You'll Need

• 8 cups chopped cabbage
• 1/4 cup shredded carrots
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
• 1/4 cup of milk
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tablespoon whit vinegar
• 2 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. 

   In Salad Bowl, combine, sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice. Beat with mixer the ingredients until smooth

   Add in your chopped cabbage and shredded carrots to the above mixture. Mix well by hand. Make sure cabbage is well covered with the mixture.

3. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Makes approximately 6-8 servings.

Tips & Warnings

• Food processor is great for cutting cabbage and carrots into small pieces.

• You can purchase the shredded carrots if you prefer
