You don't have to knit with needles anymore! You have your fingers now. And it's much easier to do than knitting with needles, plus it's quicker! You can do it anywhere! on the plane, train, and for kids, on the bus! You can use these to make belts, scarves, headbands, anything like that.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • yarn
  • maybe scissors
  • your fingers! (both hands)
  1. Step 1

first, you must take 1 strand of yarn and tie it onto your thumb. Do not cut off the remaining yarn attatched to the yarn ball.

  2. Step 2

Now, weave it through your four fingers, in front of one and behind the other. Then, once you reach your ending finger, come back and weave it around, back to your starting finger. Do this twice.

  3. Step 3
    see how long his is?

Now, here's the hardest part. Once you have two rows of yarn on your fingers, take the bottom row of each finger, and pull it over your finger so it is at the back of your hand. Then continue weaving and pulling the bottom row back.

  4. Step 4

once the trail of your weaving is at the desired length, take the remaining yarn off your fingers and tie them into a knot. as for your thumb, take off that yarn and simply cut it off. DO NOT PULL! You may want to tie that in a big knot, too. Then tie both ends together, and voila!

Tips & Warnings
  • For a thicker, stronger weaving, use two peices of yarn instead of one.
