How to Search Facebook Applications

You have joined Facebook through the suggestion of a friend. You see by your friend's profile that there are many things you can do on Facebook besides chatting with your friends. Now you wish to find Facebook Applications to use on your profile. Search the Facebook Application Directory to find applications that you wish to use in your every day Facebook experiences.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Facebook Profile
• A need to add Facebook Applications to your profile

1. 
   facebook log-in

   Log onto Facebook. Input your login information - email and password, into the boxes. Click "Login" Button.

2. 
   find more applications

   Go to the left-hand bottom of your Facebook page to the "Applications" button. Click and hold. You will see a list of Applications already associated with your profile (if any) and you see a "Find More" button at the right-hand top of that Application box. Click on "Find More".

   The "Find More" button takes you to the Application Directory portion of Facebook.

4.

   On the right-hand side of the Facebook Application Directory page is a "Search" button. Type in a keyword and do a search that keyword. Or visit the list below the "Search" button for a categorized list of certain keywords.

   what season are you

   Once you have found an application or, in this instance, a quiz you'd like to use and add to your profile, click on that application.

6. 
   what season are you application

   The click will take you to that Application's page that has information on it that contains the maker of the application, how many people follow the application, and a forum for the application. Click on the "Go to Application" button.

7. 
   allow access

   You will see an "Allow Access" button. Read the information and Allow Access.

8. 
   take a quiz

   Take the quiz or follow through on the applications information.

9. 
   quiz results

   You will see the results of your quiz or application. You can then post the quiz or application results to your Facebook profile.

10. 
    continue to result

    Most quizzes or applications ask you if you'd like to invite friends to do the same thing you have done with the quiz or application. You can ask to "Continue to Result".

11. 
    results posted to profile

    Your quiz or application results will show up on your Facebook profile.
