      Crab cakes can make a great complement to lobster. They are not to difficult to make. They can be fried in a pan, taking just 6 to 8 minutes to cook.
      Ingredients:
      • 1 egg
      • 1 cup white bread crumbs (fresh)
      • 2 Tablespoon of mayonnaise
      • 1 Tbsp parsley- fresh or dried
      • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
      • 1 tsp dry mustard
      • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
      • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
      • 4 (6-ounce) cans crab meat, drained
      • 3 Tablespoons of oil

      Mix together all ingredients, excluding crab meat and oil. After it is well mixed, add the crab meat. Create 8 balls from the mixture, avoiding over-stirring. Make patties from the balls, and start to cook in the oil. Crab cakes should be cooked over medium heat, 3 minutes on each side, until deep brown.

      Red potatoes can be prepared a variety of ways. Try boiling and mashing, for mashed potatoes. They are also great served whole, drizzled in butter and garlic.

      A Caesar salad is a light salad, consisting mainly of romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic croutons to complete.

      Cole slaw is a creamy cabbage salad that can be wonderful with a lobster dinner. To make cole slaw, you will need:

      • 1 small cabbage
      • 3 shredded carrots
      • 1/2 an onion
      • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
      • 2 Tablespoon vinegar
      • Salt and pepper to taste

      Mix together and refrigerate until ready to eat.

      Any vegetable can be fine with lobster, but corn on the cob is a great touch. It's a hands-on food, which is also great dipped in butter. So corn on the cob and lobster have much in common. An easy way to cook a great corn on the cob is to cook it in the microwave. For 3 cobs, add 3 tablespoons of water, and cover the dish with plastic wrap. Microwave for 5 minutes.
