Step 1
Beef Stroganoff is a real treat, it is rich, creamy, and delicious. It is very easy to prepare your own Stroganoff right at home. You will need, 2 large Spanish Onions, 1 Package of Sliced Mushrooms, 1/2 stick Butter, 1 can of Beef Bullion (Campbells works best), 1 cup of Flour, 1-2 pounds of lean Cubed Beef, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 cup Sour Cream, 1 package of Large Egg Noodles.

First, dice Onions into small pieces set aside. You want to place Cubed Beef in a large skillet, add Onions,Mushrooms, and cook over medium heat until brown, cover with lid and simmer for a total of about 20 minutes. Next, over medium heat, you want to place Sour Cream in large saucepan, add 2 Tablespoons of Beef Bullion, stir, add Butter, simmer for about 8 minutes. Next you want to add about 1 cup of Flour to Sour Cream mixture, mix well. Finally, you want to add Beef Cubes and the remaining Bullion Broth, stir and simmer 8 minutes.

In large pot bring 4 cups of water to boil, add Egg Noodles, cook between 3-5 minutes, drain. Place noodles on large surving dish, pour contents of Beef & Sour Cream mixture on top of noodles and serve. You can add fresh Parsley as a garnish.
