If you want to keep track of your favorites, there are some ways to get involved and follow American Idol as the season takes off.

    Go to americanidol.com and sign up with the website. You will be able to upload a picture of yourself and start a profile.

    Pay attention to the blogs on the site. They are full of information for the avid American Idol fan.

    Go behind the scenes. This is a link on the American Idol website where you can see what is happening with your new and your seasoned idols.

  4. Step 4

    There are tons of downloads on the site. You can download music and video of your favorite American Idol moments.

  5. Step 5

    Check out the American Idol style. You can find hairstyles and clothing worn by the idols so that you can look just like your favorite.

  6. Step 6

    Connect with other fans. Discuss all of the happenings in the forums.
