Babies grow out of their clothing very quickly. Their clothing size seems to change every month! Baby clothes today are beautiful and made to last, don't part with an outfit just because baby grew out of it. You never know if you will need that outfit for anther baby!

Things You'll Need:

  • A Baby
  • Storage Bins
  • Ziplock Flexible Totes
  1. Step 1

    Whether you will be giving outgrown baby clothes away to a consignment shop, a friend or family member, or you want to keep it for your next baby, make sure you store the clothes properly.

    You should away wash clothes before storing them. Never pack them away soiled or smelling dirty.

  2. Step 2

    Fold the baby clothes as tightly as you can! This will allow for more clothes to fit in a storage bin. Never just throw clothes in a big garbage bag.

  3. Step 3

    Use storage bags that seal. if you don't have any, garbage bags will do but make sure the clothes fit nicely in the bad ad as much as is out of the back before closing it.

  4. Step 4

    Use storage bins. After you wash and fold the baby clothes and get them in a sealed bag, place them in a storage bin, with a lid.
    This will keep dust, dirt and small bugs (depending on where you store the bins) out of the clothes.

Tips & Warnings
  • Plastic storage tubs are best.
  • Ziplock flexible totes are an excellent choice for storage as well.
