Do you want to prevent Lung Cancer? Carrots are the King of vegetables with the highest source of vitamin A and carotenes that help reduce the risk of cancer.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Carrot Juice can help you reduce the risk of lung cancer. Recent studies have shown that as little as one carrot can help you cut the risk of lung cancer in half. One carrot also provides roughly twice the recommended daily allowance of vitamin A. Carrot juice is also sweet for a vegetable and helps remove the bitter taste when mixed with many other vegetable juices.

  2. Step 2

Basic apple carrot juice is the number one drink among those who juice for the health benefits and the taste. Juice 2 apples and 4 carrots. Sweet and full of nutrients and anticancer agents.

  3. Step 3

Most of your vegetable drinks would include carrots to sweeten the taste without the calories and the added carotenes and vitamin A help fight cancer. Add to broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, bell peppers, parsley and any green leafy vegetable to improve nutrition and taste.
