With Spring here, does your wardrobe need a cheery boost of color? Here are a few ways to brighten up your wardrobe without spending a fortune.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

GET YELLOW FEVER. Yellow is the color of sunshine and daisies, so it’s the perfect choice if you want to add some color to your neutral outfits. If you don’t typically wear yellow, ease into it with accessories like a soft pashmina or a leather handbag. To go even bolder, try yellow pumps with your jeans or slacks. Or for those you like to make a big statement, try a yellow trench coat!

  2. Step 2

TRY FLOWER POWER. Floral prints have gone modern and give an instant burst of pretty to any look. Old Navy sells cute cotton cardigans with bold flowers. Perfect for the office or weekend with jeans. Or pair a floral a-line skirt with a fitted cotton blazer for a feminine, but professional office look.

  3. Step 3

NAUTICAL TOUCHES. For a classic, Hamptons look, invest in some nautical inspired pieces such as a blue and white striped top paired with cotton chinos.

  4. Step 4

PYTHON EXPRESS. The animal print trend is still hot! A python clutch, giraffe print handbag or leopard pumps are a fun way to perk up your neutrals.
