Let me back up and explain how it works. What you do is log onto the site and make money one of two ways. You either sign up for offers or help others by signing under them.

These offers might cost you a few dollars to sign up, but they pay you X amount of money instantly through paypal for signing up. The bad part is that they are trial offers and you have to remember to unsuscribe to them in the alotted amoutn of time.

Step 3
Another way that you can make money on there is to have others sign under you. If you sign up for a certain offer they will pay you a higher amount is you recruit X amount of others. So what you do is go to the forums and advertise that you will pay X amount of people X amount of money to sign up. Then you collect the higher amount and pay the people under you.
Apparently lots of people are making up to $4,000 a month. One down side is that it is not like passive income, you actually have to work at it. But it seems the payoff is well worth the effort.
