How to Make Red Chili Sauce
I am going to teach you how to make a great tasting red chili sauce. You can add it to any meat of your choice all you have to do is fry the meat and when the meat is done pour chili on to the meat and simmer for about ten minutes.

Turn your stove on medium heat. Fill a small sauce pan with water. Then you will add your chili pods and your peeled garlic. You will want to let chili pods boil for about ten minutes.

When the chili and garlic are done you will want to take them out of the water and put them in the blender. Then add the left over water from the chili pods (add just enough to cover the chili pods in the blended)then blend until it is a liquid.

Pour your chili sauce through the strainer on to the meat. Then throw the seeds away that are left in the strainer. Let the meat simmer for about ten minutes and then serve.

Tips & Warnings
Best with chicken,steak or pork
Make sure you wash your hands well
Dont wipe your eyes until you have washed your hands
