How to Unlock New Hidden Cups on Mario Kart Wii

Mario Kart is the best game out there for Wii. Once you have had your share of the 4 main cups, you will want to know how to unlock those hidden levels. Learn here how to unlock Leaf, Star, Special and Lightning Cups.

Things You'll Need

• Wii
• Mario Kart Game
• Time to play

Instructions

1. Leaf Cup:
   To unlock Leaf Cup, you must earn a trophy on Shell Cup and Banana Cup. To earn a trophy you must finish in the top three among point getters for the series of four races included in each cup.

2. Star Cup:
   To unlock Star Cup, you must earn a trophy on Flower Cup and Mushroom Cup.

3. Lighting Cup:
   To unlock Lightning Cup, you must earn a trophy on Leaf Cup.

4. Special Cup:
   To unlock Special Cup, you must earn a trophy on Star Cup.

5. Enjoy your new levels of racing obsession. In all, you will have unlocked 16 new races. That should keep you busy for a while.
