I love Mexican food love the breakfast burrito the most. Here is a easy 5 min way to make breakfast burritos.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tortillas
  • Bacon or Sausage
  • Taco Sauce
  • Cheddar Cheese
  1. Step 1

First assemble your ingredients on to the counter. I prefer the precooked sausage and bacon but you can use the regular type too. I also prefer sausage over bacon but will whatever I have.

  2. Step 2

Put your tortillas on a plate. Put some butter in a pan and add your eggs and scramble. While your eggs are cooking put your bacon or sausage on a plate with a paper towel or napkin and microwave for 30-45 second. Remove them and break up the sausage and bacon into pieces. When your eggs are done add in your broken up bacon or sausage and then your tomato with chilies mixture. Use however much you want.

  3. Step 3

Pour mixture onto the tortilla and top with your shredded cheddar cheese. Put it into the microwave and microwave for 30-40 seconds (depending on your microwave) don't completely melt the cheese but just really soften it.

  4. Step 4

Remove from the microwave and top with your taco sauce and Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can add or remove whatever you want.
  • You can add onions if you like
  • You can use both bacon and sausage
  • This makes either 3 smaller tortillas or 2 larger ones so if you want more double it
  • you can add beans or anything.
  • For every two large or every 3 tortillas I use:
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon or two patties of sausage or 3 links of sausage
  • I use about 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese (I like a lot of cheese) you can also use American cheese or Mexican Cheese
  • about 1 tablespoon of tomatoes with chilies mixture for each tortilla
  • taco sauce I just pour a straight line of it down the length of the tortilla
