Do you wait all year for the delicious Cadbury Eggs to come on sale for Easter? And when it does, do you gorge yourself? It's worth it, right? Find out how to enjoy your love for Cadbury's greatest inventions!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cadbury Eggs
  • Internet connection
  1. Step 1

TRY ALL VARIETIES: In past years, Cadbury has unveiled new versions of their popular "Creme Egg," including Caramel, Orange, and Dark Chocolate. They have also continued to sell the very popular Mini Eggs which have a candy-coated shell. You can find Cadbury Eggs in most main grocery stores and drugstores and typically they appear soon after Valentine's Day once the Easter candy begins to trickle into stores.

  2. Step 2

MAKE YOUR OWN! What could be greater than knowing how to make your own Cadbury Creme Egg year round? See Resources below for two websites that have attempted to recreate it!

  3. Step 3

PLAY ONLINE: Go to the new Cadbury Creme Eggs web site (see Resources below) for games, polls, videos, and even the option to add Cadbury Creme Eggs to your Facebook page!

  4. Step 4

USE IN RECIPES: Have you ever thought about to incorporate a Creme Egg into a recipe? How about creating cookies or muffins around the egg? See Resources for recipes for Mini Eggs cookies, Creme Eggs muffins and Creme Eggs cupcakes!

  5. Step 5

LEARN MORE!: Did you know Hershey's holds the rights to manufacture Cadbury products in the U.S.? You can find nutritional information for Cadbury Eggs (Creme Eggs, Caramel Eggs, and Mini Eggs) on their website plus general information on Wikipedia. For both sites, see Resources below.

Tips & Warnings
  • The main Cadbury web site is based in England so some of the contests might only be available to those living in the United Kingdom.
  • There are many web sites to buy Cadbury Eggs online. Typically in the stores, each egg is 50 cents. Online you might find better prices, but even if you factor in shipping, you run the risk of the eggs not being as "fresh" and possibly even from last season!
