Attach the pictures directly. Develop and laminate your chosen photo(s). On a purse with plain, cloth sides, use fabric glue or a hot glue gun to attach the photos to the purse. You can then frame the pictures with fabric paint or glued fabric pieces.

Use pockets so you can swap out pictures as you desire. Sew or glue picture pockets onto the cloth purse. This way, you'll be able to change the pictures you use whenever you feel like it.

Create an iron-on transfer. Using a kit like Printed Treasures, print a picture from your computer onto the iron-on sheet, then carefully peel away the backing and iron it on to the chosen purse or bag.
