Tips & Warnings
You can send faxes to multiple recipients by using the One-Touch Speed Dialing and Coded Speed Dialing features. If you need to cancel a fax, press the Stop/Reset button. If there is still a document in the ADF, press the OK button to release the paper. For color documents, the Fine quality and Photo quality print options will produce the same results. If you need to talk to your recipient prior to or during faxing, you can connect a telephone to the second telephone jack on the rear of the device. Lift the handset, dial the recipient's number on the telephone and follow the rest of the faxing procedure as normal.
If you are sending double-sided copies, you will need to load your document into the fax machine manually. Instead of using the ADF, lift the scanner unit and place one of the pages onto the glass surface, then close the scanner unit. Follow the faxing procedure as normal; wait for the display screen to tell you when to load the next page and follow the onscreen instructions.
