Instructions

    • 1

Follow directions on glue and apply to both surfaces.

    • 2

Line up the headstock with the neck if completely separate. (If not there is no need.)

    • 3

Cut paper to fit ends of sliding clamp and clamp over.

    • 4

      Compress pieces together using hands.

    • 5

Clean any glue that has pushed out of the cracks with the paper towel.

    • 6

Clamp neck and headstock together, using the paper between the guitar and the clamp. This will prevent gluing the guitar and clamp together.

    • 7

Let glue cure according to instructions and remove clamp.

    • 8

Using fingernail, scrape away any paper residue that might have adhered to the neck from gluing.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the headstock is completely separate from the neck, be very cautious when lining up and gluing as the slightest off angle will ruin the instrument.

  • The paper is a necessary step to prevent gluing the clamp to the guitar.
