Open your Network Solutions email account in your preferred way, through the web page interface or email software such as Microsoft Outlook.

Identify the email address that you want to block.

Email "reportspam@networksolutionsemail.com" with the email address you want to block. You can also forward the offending email. The abuse team at Network Solutions will investigate and take action as needed to reduce the level of spam reaching your inbox.

You may not receive a response from Network Solutions about that specific email address, but the email address will have been blocked from your account.

Retain reported emails in your account for future reference. In the event that Network Solutions needs them for further investigation, you will have them handy.
