Deleting Spyware Tracking Cookies by Deleting All Cookies on Your Computer

There are two ways to get rid of spyware tracking cookies. You can delete all the cookies off your computer or you can find and delete the spyware tracking cookies and leave the rest. To delete all the cookies, open Internet Explorer.

Click on "Tools," and a drop-down menu will appear. Either click on "Delete Browsing History" or click on "Internet Options" (this is the long way).

In the "Delete Browsing History" folder, click on "Delete Cookies." You'll be asked "Are you sure you want to delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?" Click on the box that says "Yes." All the cookies will be deleted from your computer.

Close the "Delete Browsing History" folder.

Close and reopen Internet Explorer and make sure the spyware isn't still sending you to infected web pages and causing pop-ups to appear on your computer. If it isn't, you've successfully cleared your computer of spyware tracking cookies.
Deleting Individual Spyware Tracking Cookies from Your Computer

Open Internet Explorer and click on "Tools."

In the "Tools" folder, go to "Browsing History" and click on the box that says "Settings."

In the "Settings" folder, click on "View Files."

Locate the cookies that belong to the spyware website that's causing you problems. Right-click on it, and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Delete" and the cookies will be deleted from your computer.
