How to Get a Copy of Your Income Taxes
If you can't locate your tax returns, and you need a transcript of your taxes for a mortgage, student loan or for other proof of income the easiest method for getting replacements is to contact the IRS. The IRS currently does not accept requests by email unless you are a professional enrolled in their e-services program, but they will accommodate you by phone or mail. Follow these simple steps to get a copy of your income taxes.
