How to Create Your Own Baseball Ticket Invitations
-
1
Scan or copy a baseball ticket or a template to create a baseball ticket. Size according to your plans. You may wish your invitations to bear a small copy of a baseball ticket or become a large ticket in itself. If you have chosen to use an actual ticket you must next decide if you want to keep the date, time and team names on the ticket. If not, white them out and copy or scan yet another copy. Don't white them out on your original ticket. Instead do it on the first copy you made.
In addition, there are websites where you can have actual sporting event tickets printed for your own personal use. While this is a costlier option, the result is a professional-looking baseball ticket that may then be incorporated into your handmade invitation.

2
Use a program like Microsoft Word to print wording onto your invitation. You may print all needed information such as name, date, place and time. Be sure to mention the theme of the party or gathering. You may prefer to simply type the words Party, For, When, and Where and add lines for handwriting the actual details. This option allows the invitations to be used for more than one event. As mentioned in Step 1, create these words and lines on a copy only. This will be your work-in-progress until you are ready to actually print your invitations.

Proofread your invitation to be certain you've added all of the information needed. Next, print the work-in-progress page onto heavy card stock. Fold or cut each invitation to fit the size of the envelopes you have chosen. Fill out the needed information, or if this has already been printed, add a personal note if desired.

Decorate the baseball invitations with stickers, small wooden images of baseballs or baseball team memorabilia that is easy to find at your local craft store. Use craft glue so the decorations will stay affixed to the card stock. Allow the decorations to dry completely before inserting them into the envelopes.

5
Address the baseball ticket invitations you've made and await each R.S.V.P. In all likelihood, your baseball ticket invitations will be among the highlights of the gathering. Be sure to save an extra one as a memento!
