        Click "Get Downloads" when the next page loads. It will appear as a subtitle under the "Downloads and Drivers" category on the product's main page. Next, select your product's version number. The page will quickly refresh. Then scroll down the page and locate "Drivers and Downloads" on the left side of the screen. Under "Firmware," click "Download" to begin the installation.

        Click "Save" when the File Download popup screen appears. Save the file location exactly where the computer prompts you to. This ensures that your files and properties will be located in the proper folder for later ease of access. Click "Save" again to close the Windows Explorer screen.

        Extract the .zip file and click "Setup." The LinkSys Software InstallShield Wizard will appear. When prompted to allow the software access to your hard drive, click "Allow" to continue. The installation will begin. Once the setup is complete, you will be asked to agree to the License Agreement and Terms of Agreement. Click "I Agree" and the InstallShield Wizard will reappear and indicate that the setup is complete.

        Go to your "Start Menu" located on your computer's desktop. Access your Control Panel and click "Network and Internet". (This may be worded differently depending on your operating system.) Go to the "Network Sharing Center" and click "Add a device to the network." Insert your LinkSys Wireless Card and wait for the computer to detect the device. When the device is detected, a link to the device will appear. Click the link to configure the connection.
