Things You'll Need:
- Blank cards Rubber stamps Ink pad Colored makers or pencils Embossing powder and ink (optional) Embossing heat gun (optional)

Step 1
Place open blank card on work surface.

Press invitation rubber stamp on ink pad. Ink well. Blot on scrap paper.

Place the inked stamp directly in the center of the area where you want to print the invitation information.

Decorate the card with rubber stamps that reflect the party theme. Use birds, flowers, animals, baskets or simple curlicues and initials. You can stamp the cover with the words "You Are Invited." For an anniversary or birthday milestone, you can stamp the significant number on the outside cover. Dust the ink with embossing powder and heat it for a more formal embossed effect.

Step 5
Color in the decorative stamped images with colored card marker pens or pencils. Let the invitations dry completely before use.

Step 6
Secure a set of eight to ten invitations and envelopes with a ribbon if you are selling these items. Fill in the who, what, when and where information if the invitations are for personal use.
