Visit a local educational center for instruction. Additional resources are available at public libraries, book stores and community centers. Kaplan GED books and practice tests are available at Amazon, Borders and Barnes and Noble.

      Enroll in an adult education GED program. Find and enroll in classes at an adult GED education center. Contact the National Institute for Literacy (NIFL) for a complete list of local programs.

      Take an online GED course. Jefferson High School Online, Belford High School and Ashworth College offer online GED classes.

      Find a local testing center and sign up for the GED test. Bring a driver's license, passport or state issued ID card to the test.
