Fold under ½ inch on the two sides and bottom on the wrong side of the curtain. Fold another ½ inch under and pin the material. Sew along the fold to finish the edge. Iron the hem.

Mark 1/2 inch and 3 inches from the top edge on the right side of the curtain. Fold along the 3-inch line toward the wrong side and iron the fold. Fold under the ½-inch section, tucking it under to hide the cut edge; pin the fold. Sew along the fold to finish the edge and create the pocket for the curtain rod to fit through. Iron the hem.

4
Measure the width of the curtain's hem. Add 2 inches to that dimension and cut the pre-ruffled trim according to that measurement.
-
5
Fold under 1 inch of the ruffled trim on one of the ends and beginning at the curtain's edge, place it on top of the hem. Pin the ruffled trim on top of the hem to the other side. Fold under 1 inch of the trim at the end and cut the excess ruffle and pin it. Sew on top of the ruffled trim.
