Emeril Lagasse is a world renowned chef, cookbook author, TV personality and the star of three television shows on Fine Living, Planet Green and the Food Network. With his vocal signature trademark "Bam!", Emeril is easily recognized by his jovial personality and ability to make his audience love his food. Emeril has an extensive line of cookware and kitchenwares for the aspiring home chef in everyone.

  • Television with cable subscription to the Food Network Emeril Lagasse cookbooks such as "From Emeril's Kitchens or "Emeril's TV Dinners" List of cookware needing replacement Internet access Credit card
  1. Step 1

    Watch Emeril in action on television. Tune in to his live show "Emeril Live" and look for the recipes he creates with certain pieces of cookware. Take note of similar recipes you would like to make and keep track of the cookware. Make a list of cookware that stands out and meets your needs.

  2. Step 2

    Read Emeril's cookbooks---he has 12 in all to choose from. His most popular cookbooks---"From Emeril's Kitchens" and "Emeril's TV Dinners" have some of his most popular signature recipes such as Creole Fried Chicken and Chicken Cordon Bleu. From here, study what pieces of cookware you will need to make your meal.

  3. Step 3
