- A glass jar(s)

Step 1
First gather your materials. which are the glass jar and the carton/jug of milk. Now take your milk...

Then get the jar that your going to put your milk into. Be sure that the jar is large enough to hold all of the milk. You also want to use a jar that has a lid.

Step 3
Now, slowly pour the milk into the glass jar removing it from the milk carton. after doing so, put the jar of milk into the refrigerator. You putting the milk into the glass jar will make the milk last longer. This is because the glass of the jar gets really cold, therefore keeps the milk cold.
