Visit the Annual Credit Report official website (annualcreditreport.com), and select your state from the drop-down menu. Fill out the form, accept the terms, and you'll be taken to your absolutely free credit report.

• You will be asked to provide personal information such as your address, date of birth, and social security number when ordering a free credit report.
