1. First you will have to purchase a Microsoft Xbox 360 VGA HD AV Cable. This is a Special designed cable from Microsoft that has the Xbox connection on one side and a VGA connection on the other side. This can be purchased at Microsoft's website for the Xbox, or at some electronics retailers.

2. Once you have the cable you will plug the Xbox connection into the back of your Microsoft xbox and the VGA connection into your PC monitor. After you have them connected power everything on.
