If you have ever had flabby arms or have had flabby arms then you know how bad they can look, especially in the summertime.

Did you know that with a few arm exercises you can get rid of your flabby arms? The exercises are simple and you can do them from home. Check them out below.

      The first thing you want to do is a warm up to get circulation pumping to prepare muscles for the workout. You can do this by jogging in place or using a stationary cycle for 5 minutes.

      The first exercise is the one arm tri-cep kickback. This is great for the back part of the flabby arms. Kneel over the bench/chair with arm supporting body. Position upper arm parallel to floor Extend arm until it is straight. Repeat with the other arm. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps each side.

      The second exercise is for the front part of your flabby arms it's called a bicep curl. Hold both dumbbells at sides, palms facing in, arms straight. Keep good form throughout the exercise.

      Keep elbows at your side raise one dumbbell and rotate your forearm until forearm is straight up and palm faces shoulder. Lower and repeat with opposite arm. Continue to alternate between sides.
      Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps.

      This is a good old stand by if you don't have weights. The push up is great for flabby arms and also works the chest and shoulders.

      Your body should be straight from head to toe. Slowly lower your body (don't let your body sag) as low as possible without touching the floor. Pause, then raise back to the starting position. Don't lock your elbows! Do as many reps as you can.

      Keep your eyes straight ahead don't look down. Exhale upon exertion.
      You can vary hand position, closer works the arms more, wider works the shoulders and chest.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always be warmed up and stretched before any of the exercises.

  • Always do strict form to prevent injury and for best results.

  • Exhale on exertion proper breathing is important.
