• Jewelry Tools: wire cutter, flat nose pliers, round nose pliers
• Desire to create jewelry design

1.

   Gather your Tools
   
   You'll need the following jewelry tools: wire cutter, flat nose pliers, and round nose pliers.

   Supplies for necklace pendants.

   Gather the Beads and Supplies
   
   For a stacked bead necklace pendant, gather a good variety of beads and spacers. Use headpins to stack the beads on.
   
   The more beads you have to work with, the more creative you can be. Use a large focal bead and smaller spacer beads to make a statement.

   Simple necklace pendant design.

   Play with Your Beads
   
   Stack the beads in different ways on your headpin to see what looks good to you. If you don't like the arrangement, slide the beads off and start over.

   Get Creative
   
   Large focal beads make a statement. If you're a nature lover, try using flowers or butterfly beads. If you like more modern designs, use dichroic glass. More of a natural person, use clay beads for an earthy look.
