Hate ironing? Here's how to have wrinkle-free clothes without spending hours in front of the ironing board.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Wash your clothes. Separate out the heavier clothing, like denim jeans, into their own load.

  2. Step 2

Dry your clothes in the dryer. Add a sheet of fabric softener to help with excessive wrinkles and static cling. Be sure that they are completely dry when you remove them.

  3. Step 3

Shake each article of clothing vigorously when you remove it from the dryer and lay it on a flat surface. One or two shakes is great. I usually spread the clothes flat on the bed.

  4. Step 4

Spray the clothes with Downy Wrinkle Release spray (yes, it really does work!). Alternately, you can mix a 20/80 solution of fabric softener and water and spray using a fine mist spray bottle.

  5. Step 5

Shake the clothes again, smoothing out areas with excessive wrinkles and creases. Then hang clothes on hanger, being careful to keep them straight.

  6. Step 6

That's it! No more hours of ironing!
