Are you interested in dying your Easter eggs without the harmful chemicals often found in commercial dyes? Follow these steps to fill your Easter egg baskets with all natural ingredients:

Things You'll Need:

  • hard boiled eggs
  • vinegar
  • beet juice
  • grape juice
  • curry powder
  • water
  • bowls
  1. Step 1

    To make pink Easter eggs, pour enough beet juice in a bowl or cup to cover egg. Drop a hard boiled egg into the juice and soak until it reaches the desired color.

  2. Step 2

    To make purple Easter eggs, combine 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar with 1 cup of purple grape juice. Drop a hard boiled egg into mixture. Soak until egg reaches desired color.

  3. Step 3

    To make yellow Easter eggs, combine 1 cup boiling water, 1 tsp. curry powder and 1/2 tsp. vinegar. Stir mixture until curry powder is dissolved. Drop a hard boiled egg into mixture and soak until egg reaches desired color.
