Step 1
Decide on what keyword phrase you would like to target.
You can use the google keyword tool to find the best keyword phrase to target. -
Step 2
Create your page and make sure that the Title of the Page reflects your targeted keyword phrase.

Add a meta tag "description" and keywords, make sure that these reflects your selected keywords phrase also.

On the page content make sure to use the H1 and H2 tags, especially around the keyword that you want to target and make emphasis on words that you want to target. example bold, italics

Step 5
Submit your site to search engines, and make sure to submit it on other directories and write articles that links back to your site.
