Things You'll Need:
- Phillips screw driver
- Vacuum cleaner belt

Step 1
Vacuum Clearner ManualMake sure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged. Turn the vacuum cleaner over and lay it flat on the floor. To remove the nozzle guard use a phillips screw driver and remove the three screws. There are arrows that show the location of the screws.

After you have removed the three screws, pull and lift the nozzle guard off.

Lift and remove the brush roll. Throw the old belt away. Make sure you clean off the brushroll.

Slide the belt onto the motorshaft. Place the belt on the area of the brushroll without bristles.

Step 5
With the new belt in place, pull and slide the brushroll into the nozzle making sure that the brushroll end caps are in the correct position. Rotate the brushroll manually to make sure the belt is properly aligned.

Step 6
Reattach the nozzle guard and secure by aligning the three tabs in the base slots.

Step 7
Using the phillips screw driver, replace all three of the screws to secure the nozzle guard. Then you are finished!
