Step 1
SKIN: Start with the basics. You need to get dry, cracked, and dead skin off your feet. Invest in a foot file (it's a crazy little invention to gently file dead skin off of your feet - not expensive.) Let your feet soak in the tub for a while and gently exfoliate the dead skin off your feet. You should do this at least once a week.
-
Step 2
Next you will need to moisturize. Every night. Use a really thick moisturizer. Let it sit in for a few minutes and then put some socks on and let them soak in the lotion.
-
Step 3
NAILS: Next off you will need to work on your toe nails. Make sure to cut them square. This prevents hang nails and in grown toe nails. Always cut them right about the toe line. It shouldn't be in the quick.
-
Step 4
Push back your cuticles. Always make sure when your soaking your feet in water to push back your toe nail cuticles. This gives them a refreshed healthy look.
-
Step 5
Paint your toe nails with a clear coat of nail polish. At least give them one coat for a healthy shine.
