How to Treat Yourself to a Long and Good Relaxing Bath

Baths can be very relaxing, calming, soothing and healthy. There is much you can do while in the bath and when you just get out of the bath. Here is what you can do to enjoy yourself, feel good, look good, and relax a little bit.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • bubble bath
  • bath and shower gel
  • body lotion
  • body mist
  • body soap
  • bath salts
  • bath sponge or scrub
  • scented candles
  • shampoo and conditioner
  1. Step 1

    First, when turning on the water, make sure the water is not too hot or too cold, make it just right and warm. Make sure the drain is closed up before filling the bath up, because it obviously will not fill up if it is not closed up. While the water is running, pour some relaxing bath salts under the running water.

  2. Step 2

    Next, pour a desired amount of bubble bath under the water for soothing bubbles. Then, while the water is still filling up the tub, light a few calming candles in or around the bath tub. When you are in the bubble bath, take your time cleansing and calming your body. First, you can pour a little bit of bath and shower gel on a bath sponge or scrub, and slowly from head to toe cleanse yourself. Next, you can use body soap to make your skin even more clean fresh and smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Your hair is important to, so then you will have to shampoo your hair, rinse it off and follow with conditioner. When you get out of the tub, spray body mist on your entire body before a towel is wrapped around your body. After that, apply body lotion to your body to keep your skin soft and healthy throughout the night. And, finally dry your body and hair, and brush your hair. Then, put your pjs on and sleep like a baby.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not stay in the tub too long, it may cause an increase or decrease in blood pressure.
