  1. Step 1

    Eliminate Soda. Soda is provides the highest calories with no nutritional value of anything we eat or drink. So the first thing you do is eliminate soda from your diet.

  2. Step 2

    Drink Green Tea. Green Tea has no calories as well as nutrients and fat burning qualities to help you lose weight. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day to burn fat, burn calories and lose weight.

  3. Step 3

    Do not add sugar. Refined sugar adds calories and is associated with greater risks of major diseases. Avoid sugar, if you need to add something add lemon and or honey.

  4. Step 4

    Also make iced tea out of Green tea as well so you can enjoy it hot or cold. Choose hot if possible that also helps your digestive system.
