    Dance based aerobic exercise has also been shown to have positive effects for those who suffer from arthritis. The key is to devote plenty of time for warm-ups before hand and stretching afterwards.

  3. Step 3

    Tai Chi is one exercise that has been found to have great benefits for arthritis. It includes steps and exercises that improve mobility, breathing and relaxation. Medical studies have shown Tai Chi to be an effective and safe way to relieve pain and improve the quality of life for people with arthritis.
