Things You'll Need:
- Paper
- Optional: stickers, stamps, pictures, magazines
-
Step 1
Newspaper and Magazines. Both make wonderful wrapping paper. You can use the comics for both adults and children. Magazines are good for people who love something specific: animals, fashion, nutrition, cooking, etc.
-
Step 2
Music Sheets. Do you have a friend who is a musician or simply loves music. A few music sheets makes a wonderfully wrapped gift.
-
Step 3
Tissue Paper. Not only is the good for stuffing in a gift bag, you can triple it up and use it as wrapping. This is best for a small gift.
-
Step 4
Fabric. A satin or silk napkin gathered and tied with a big satin bow works well for jewelry or more personal gifts. You can also purchase fabric (not too heavy) and use double sided tape.
-
Step 5
Plain Paper. You can buy rolls of plain craft paper (usually brown or white). This can be used as is or you can add some personal touches such as: stickers, stamps, stencils, pictures, etc.

on 3/4/2009 Very good article. I have bought cute towels and then wrapped up the present in that and tied with a bow. On sale sometimes towels are really low price.
