Uno Push- Ups are Fun and somtimes real Challenging!

This is a Fun way to Workout either by yourself or with others.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a deck of UNO Cards
  1. Step 1

Playing Uno Push-Ups is Great and has many Advantages. It allows you to Make a game out of the dreadful task of Push-Ups. You can do it by yourself, or with others ( I recommend no more than 4 people). Probably the best advantage is that it allows you to mix up the number of reps and sets so you dont infringe on your bodies muscle memory, thus maximizing your work out. Its pretty Fun too!!!

  2. Step 2

The rules are strait forward. Place all the Uno cards in a pile face down. The first person draws a card and does that amount of pushups. Then the next person draws and does the pushups they drew.

  3. Step 3

If you get a "Draw two" card, then the next person (not you) has to draw 2 cards and do the total on the 2 cards. If you get a "Draw Four card" same thing. This is where if you are playing with 1 other person it gets to be an intense work out as you move through the deck.

  4. Step 4

If you draw a skip card then you get a rest and dont have to do any push-ups. Same with a reverse, you just reverse the order, or if you are playing with just 1 other person its like a skip. We usually just took the basic wild cards out, but you can always be creative and make up your own rule for them.

  5. Step 5

My Friend and I would go through the entire deck and called it a workout. Take breaks if you need to. Eventually if you do it enough it will get pretty easy!
