If you are struggling to lose weight, and want to feel better after a diet, then this might be something you should look into. This diet is called the master cleanse. It will cleanse your body of all toxins and you will lose weight fast while doing it.

  1. Step 1

    First, you should know what this diet is about. By doing this you are cleansing the body of any toxins or anything bad in your stomach, intestines, etc. In doing this, you will feel better, be healthier, and lose weight really fast.

  2. Step 2

    What you need to do is mix this drink (described below) and drink only that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the 7 - 10 days that you are doing the diet. You must only drink this mixture, as soon as you eat real food, you have ruined the cleanse and must start from scratch again. The only other thing you could drink is an occasional organic herbal tea.

  3. Step 3

    You might wonder if this mixture will be enough for a person to live on. Well, it has all of the nutrients you will need for the length of the diet, and you shouldn't feel too hungry while on it.

  4. Step 4

    The proper mixture for one day of drink is 14 Tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 14 Tablespoons of natural organic maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or to taste), and 2 liters of filtered water. You can adjust the amounts slightly for your taste, but not too much. Also, if you feel you need a little bit more than that for the day (or less) you can adjust accordingly.

  5. Step 5

    In the evening of every day, you need to drink a glass of salt water. This is to help clear out your system before you go to bed. You should be warned that a bowel movement will follow this glass of salt water within about 30 - 60 minutes. The mixture for the glass of salt water is about 12 ounces of water and a teaspoon of organic sea salt. You may have to adjust this amount to make it work better for you.

  • This is not an easy diet to go on. It takes discipline! But you will feel much better afterwards and lose weight in the process.
