3. Check out the web site thecouponclippers.com. This website lets you "order" coupons online. You pay only a small fee and shipping.

4. Go to your local library and ask if they have a coupon exchange. If so look for free savings already clipped out of the paper.

5. Exchange with fellow neighbors, school moms, family, friends, etc. This is where the ones you might have discarded for baby items will come in handy for the young parents who are struggling.
