Bachelors always like to prepare food that is simple to make and does not consume a lot of time. Here is a step by step method to make delicious vegetable fried rice within 30 minutes.

Mix 1 glass of basmati rice (even ordinary rice is fine) with 3 glasses of water and boil it in a microwave oven for 17 minutes.

Take 1 capsicum, 8-9 baby carrots and 1 onion and cut them in to small pieces (each piece should be of the length of a little finger).

Take 5 teaspoons of cooking oil in a pan and heat it for 2mts. Mix the cut vegetables and fry them for 5 minutes, till they become soft and juicy. Add some salt to this mix.

Step 5
The rice should be boiled by now. Mix the rice with the vegetables and fry them for 5 minutes. Add some pepper and other flavors (cashews, raisins etc. ).

Step 6
Stir the mix and delicious vegetable fried rice is ready to be served. The whole process should not take more than 30 minutes.
