Scribd is a website that allows users to upload documents of all sorts. Other visitors can then view the documents through their unique embedded viewer. A quick glance in Business and Legal Documents with a subcategory of Employment yielded "201 Questions you must ask during an Interview," sample resignation letters, and "How Do I Keep My Employee From Competing Against Me?."

Step 2
You can browse through the many subjects using the menu on the left panel or you can search for a specific term in the top search block. Once you've found the document, presentation or file you wish to view just click on it.

You can also choose the file type you are searching for. A drop down menu at the top of your search results will give you choices of file types.

Step 4
Sometimes just reading or looking at a sample of the sort of report or document you need to create will help but when you need a base to build upon, download the file. The download function will be found at the top of the document viewer.
